Description

So I was doodling a Drifloon on my arm yesterday
And I got inspired to draw this

I think Drifloon is a very facinating Pokemon,
Specially with the whole
"Drags children into the underworld by their hands" thing :D

Oh and I found that jacket design on google

I believe someone here on DA made it :p

I also get fascinated and a bit scared with that thing... I had an idea for a story for it too .__.
